This 18,936 SF project was a two phase project involving the construction of a new administration building and then converting the existing building into “The Commons” for a fellowship space outside the current contemporary worship and indoor connector to the sanctuary.

General Scope and Concept Was To:

· Two story plus attic for storage

· Expandable on the south end of the building

· Housing most of the church administration staff
