Relevant Project Features:

This is a new construction for a 4,997 SF SporTherapy building and the first stand-alone for them. The building is constructed with a Pre-Engineered Metal Building (PEMB) frame and then clad in Nichiha rainscreen panels, metal panels and stucco. Portions of the PEMB were left exposed on the exterior to add interest and to create a canopy at the entrance.
