Van Tuyl engaged KHA to address their existing Toyota of Dallas store as it was aging and needed to be replaced with a new 65,000 SF facility. The new dealership contains a new showroom, parts, and service departments and is based in Toyota’s branded architecture; adding a tower in order to respond to the new elevated freeway that fronts the property, and is an environmentally conscious project, meeting all the requirements of the Dallas Green Ordinance.
